Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
250 ml (1 cup) coconut milk
3 Tb chia seeds
2 Tb agave or maple syrup
In a jar soak chia seeds in coconut milk, add syrup and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a refrigerator. In a couple of hours check the mixture and mix again, making sure there are no chia seed lumps. The next day add your favourite fruits and enjoy.
